Coaching for teams

The way people work together matters.

Whether you're developing an individual, supporting a leader or helping an entire team work more effectively together, coaching creates the space to reflect, challenge assumptions and move forward with greater confidence.

Every coaching relationship is different, but our approach is always rooted in curiosity, thoughtful challenge and a belief that lasting change comes through greater understanding of unspoken dynamics not quick fixes.

Individual Coaching

Coaching isn't just for senior leaders. Whether one of your team is stepping into leadership for the first time, navigating a career transition or developing their confidence and capability, individual coaching provides dedicated time to think, reflect and grow.

Together, we'll explore the challenges they're facing, discover different perspectives and gently challenge the assumptions, beliefs or patterns that may be getting in the way. Through thoughtful questioning, honest challenge and supportive reflection, we'll help them find practical ways forward that feel authentic to them.

Ideal for: emerging leaders, middle or senior leaders, and individuals looking to develop their leadership capability.

Three-Way Coaching

Sometimes coaching works best when it's connected to the wider organisation. Three-Way Coaching brings together an individual, their line manager and a coach to create a shared understanding of the individual’s development goals from the outset.

The coaching conversations remain confidential, while regular check-ins ensure everyone stays aligned on the outcomes everyone is working towards.

It's an approach that supports both individual development and organisational goals, creating clarity for everyone involved.

Team Coaching

Systemic Team Coaching looks beyond performance or productivity to explore how the team works together. Together, we'll uncover the relationships, patterns and often the unspoken dynamics that shape how the team functions – helping everyone understand what's working, what's getting in the way and what needs to change.

Rather than focusing on individual behaviour in isolation, we work with the team as a whole to understand the relationships, connections and dynamics that influence how people work together. By bringing what's often unspoken into the open, teams can better understand what's helping them thrive, what's getting in the way and how they can work together more effectively.

The process begins with an inquiry, bringing together perspectives from team members and key stakeholders. Drawing on coaching psychology, leadership theory and models of team development, we'll begin to form hypotheses about what's happening beneath the surface. Those themes are then shared with the team as a starting point for exploration, helping shape a coaching programme around what matters most.

Over a series of facilitated coaching sessions, teams develop greater understanding, stronger relationships and new ways of working together that create lasting change.
