We use MBTI® as the starting point for meaningful conversations about leadership. Rather than simply identifying your personality type, you'll explore what it means in practice – how your preferences influence your communication, decision-making, relationships and leadership style.
The aim isn't to change who you are but to help you understand yourself more deeply – so you can lead with greater awareness, intention and impact.
How it works.
Before your session, you'll complete the official MBTI® Step I or Step II assessment online. You'll then receive a personalised feedback session, where you'll explore your personality preferences, understand your MBTI® type and consider how it influences your leadership in everyday situations. You'll also receive an official MBTI® Personal Impact Report to support your ongoing reflection and development.
