Team Insights Tools
Helping you understand what shapes your team.
Teams are made up of people, relationships and ways of working that aren't always visible from the outside or even from within.
When communication feels difficult, decisions take longer than they should or collaboration starts to fray, it's not always obvious why. Our team insight tools help uncover the patterns behind what you're experiencing, giving you a clearer picture of what's working well, what's getting in the way and where to focus your attention.
Whether you're supporting an established leadership team, bringing together a new team or navigating organisational change, these diagnostic tools provide a valuable starting point for meaningful development.
Team 360: Understand how your team is experienced.
Team 360 provides a structured way to explore how your team is functioning, drawing together confidential feedback from team members and, where appropriate, key stakeholders who work alongside the team.
Rather than evaluating individual performance, it looks at the team as a whole – how people communicate, make decisions, build relationships, manage challenge and work towards shared goals. The process helps uncover the strengths your team can build on, as well as the patterns and dynamics that may be limiting its effectiveness.
The feedback is brought together into a clear picture of the team's current experience, providing a valuable foundation for reflection and discussion. From there, we work with you to explore the themes that emerge, helping the team understand what they're doing well, where change is needed and what practical steps will have the greatest impact.
Team 360 is particularly valuable when:
a leadership team wants honest feedback on how it's working together
a new team is establishing ways of working
organisational change has affected relationships or performance
a team wants to strengthen collaboration and trust
you're planning a wider team development or coaching programme.
For many teams, these insights are just the beginning. Team 360 is often followed by Systemic Team Coaching, where we work with the team to explore what's emerged, understand the dynamics beneath the feedback and support lasting change together.
MBTI® for Teams: understand the people inside the team.
Every team brings together people with different personalities, strengths and ways of approaching work. Those differences can be one of a team's greatest assets, but only when they're understood.
MBTI® for Teams helps team members explore their individual personality preferences and understand how these influence communication, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership and collaboration. Rather than encouraging everyone to work in the same way, it helps people appreciate the value of different perspectives and recognise how those differences contribute to the team's success.
Through facilitated discussion and practical activities, teams develop a shared language for talking about how they work together. Members gain greater awareness of both their own preferences and those of their colleagues, making it easier to communicate effectively, manage conflict constructively and play to one another's strengths.
Every participant completes the official MBTI® Step I or Step II assessment before the session and receives a personalised MBTI® Personal Impact Report to support their ongoing learning and development.
MBTI® for Teams is particularly valuable when:
bringing together newly formed teams
improving communication and collaboration
strengthening leadership relationships
helping teams understand and value different ways of thinking and working.
welcoming new members into an existing team
Which insight tool is right for your team?
Although both approaches help teams work more effectively, they answer different questions.
Team 360 explores how your team is currently functioning - revealing the patterns, relationships and behaviours that shape its effectiveness.
MBTI® for Teams explores why people naturally work differently, helping team members understand themselves and one another more deeply.
Sometimes one tool is enough. Sometimes they work best together as part of a wider team development programme. We'll help you choose the approach that's right for your team.
