Train to be a Coaching Leader (Level 3)

Develop coaching as a professional practice.

Many leaders already coach, often without realising it. You ask thoughtful questions, support people through challenges and help them find their own way forward.

This programme builds on those instincts, giving you the knowledge, practical skills and psychological understanding to coach with greater confidence, purpose and professionalism.

Leading to a Level 3 qualification with EMCC EIA Foundation Accreditation, it’s designed for leaders and professionals who want to bring a coaching approach into their existing role—helping people think more clearly, grow in confidence and perform at their best.

More than coaching skills.

Professional coaching is about far more than asking good questions. It requires curiosity, active listening, ethical practice and an understanding of the psychology that shapes people’s thinking, behaviour and relationships.

Throughout the programme, you’ll explore the principles of coaching psychology alongside practical coaching techniques, learning how to create coaching conversations that are both supportive and appropriately challenging. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how people learn, develop and change, enabling you to coach with greater confidence and insight.

Learning through practice.

Coaching is a skill that develops through experience. Alongside the theory, you’ll take part in practical coaching, reflective learning and constructive feedback in a supportive environment. As your confidence grows, you’ll develop your own authentic coaching style rather than trying to follow a formula or set of techniques.

The programme is designed to help you apply what you learn immediately, giving you the confidence to use professional coaching skills within your existing role.

A recognised professional qualification.

This Level 3 qualification with EMCC EIA Foundation Accreditation combines coaching psychology with practical application, providing a recognised professional coaching qualification and a strong foundation in coaching practice.

Whether you’re leading people, supporting colleagues or developing others across your organisation, you’ll leave with the knowledge, skills and confidence to coach professionally and ethically.

For some, it’s the beginning of a longer coaching journey. For others, it’s a way of bringing greater depth and professionalism to the leadership role they already have.
